Deal Or No Deal
I wanted to talk a little about a big investment deal vs the great location. Real estate agents define real estate investors as a different type or if you will class of buyer than a typical home buyer. In general they are in terms of process, but not the ultimate objective of buying a house that is ultimately salable or immediately marketable as a rental.
